Scaglia has not been quiet himself in the midst of all the chaos as he previously filed two lawsuits against Haart, citing that she spent millions of dollars from the company's account for her personal expenses.

Lawsuits Dismissed

The lawsuits were thrown out of court with prejudice as part of a settlement agreement that did not include payments of any sort by the parties involved. But this fresh claim by Cohen is pointing the accusing finger towards Scaglia.

Aside from the engagement ring claim, Cohen also accused Scaglia of using the company's money to pay for a $400,000 extravagant yacht trip to Italy and $132,435 for the same in Tahiti.

He also used the funds to pay $43,000 monthly rent for an apartment in New York City and $272,971 to acquire a Bentley Bantayga, all for his new fiancee.

Scaglia's Attorney To The Rescue

However, Peter Bick, Scaglia's attorney denied that he spent the money lavishly in a statement while referring to Haart as a "serial litigant."

Bick claimed his client's purchases were legal and "applied against fees owed to him by the companies that he founded and invested over $100 million of his own funds into."

Cohen's Account

Cohen revealed she joined Scaglia as his executive assistant in January 2022 and handled all his business endeavors. She claimed not to know of Haart until one month ago because Scaglia earlier told her they're partners who operate separately and lead separate lives.

"Prior to December 15, 2022, I had never met or spoken to Ms. Haart. "

This new allegation adds to the long fight between the couple. Haart opened the floor by suing Scaglia for $275 million in 2022 and described him as a "liar and a fraud" who hijacked her businesses.

In May 2022, The My Unorthodox Life star lost a lawsuit that claimed she owned 50% of EWG.
