The picture was both praised and picked apart, as everyone gave their two cents on the matter.
Some people loved that Rachel would share such an intimate side of her life with the world.

Especially because she's a notoriously private celeb.
Others rolled their eye at the photo because there are many working moms out there who have to pump or feed throughout the day.
And most of them don't do it while wearing Versace.
Still, there was an overhwhelming amount of support for Rachel.
Because she has such a large platform, she can use opportunities like this to normalize breastfeeding in a world where it's still stigmatized.
Hilary Duff, who welcomed a baby girl not long ago, was clearly here for Rachel's stance.
Although she's not as private about her personal life, she still surprised fans with an unexpected Instagram post.
"Am I doing this right?" she captioned the photo.
And although she may not be wearing Versace, it's still an awesome shot that proves pumping and feeding is nothing to hide.

Hilary and Rachel are far from the first celebs to be so vocal about pumping and feeding, Chrissy Teigen is another star who supports it.
