Khloé Kardashian Is Being Called 'Irresponsible' For Her Latest Sponsored Instagram Post

The Kardashians just can't seem to keep themselves out of trouble — there is seriously never a dull moment. Especially for Khloé Kardashian these days, it seems.

But things don't seem to be going any better for Khloé. She made the grave error of pissing off the wrong lady.

Okay, so it's no surprise that the Kardashians promote products that are supposed to make people lose weight the unhealthy way.

Not just the Kardashians either — tons of celebs do it.

It's something that's been going on for a few years now: "Skinny teas".

Here's how it works:

Celebs take a selfie with a product like Skinny Coffee Club, Flat Tummy Co, or Tiny Tea, tell their fans that the product will make them skinnier, and provide them a discount code.

Every time someone uses that discount code, the celeb gets a commission — and when you have a large number of followers, it's easy to make stacks doing this.

Kim Kardashian once promoted appetite suppressant lollipops — and people were pissed.

Fans were infuriated after Kim posted this photo on Instagram, promoting a lollipop that makes people feel less hungry so that they ultimately eat less and lose weight faster.

Then Kylie Jenner promoted a detox tea called Teami Blends.

She claimed it was the reason her body was able to snap back so quickly after having her daughter, Stormi.

It's not just the Kar-Jenner gang that does it. Tons of celebs do it, A-list and B-list alike.

Instagram model, Tammy Hembrow, is the queen of promoting diet products on social media. It's her livelihood.

They've even got Carbi B doing it.

After Cardi B gave birth to her daughter, Kulture, it wasn't long before her mid-section was back to looking the way it did before her pregnancy.

She posted this video thanking a "skinny tea" for being the reason her body snapped back so quickly.

Anyways, the woman on today's hot-seat is Khloe Kardashian.

Over the last 10 years, Khloé has gone through an impressive body transformation that has required extreme discipline, a personal trainer, a little bit of FaceTune, and who knows, possibly some forms of plastic surgery.

But she's saying that the way her tummy looks is all thanks to Flat Tummy Co's meal replacement shakes.

You'd think that after all the backlash her sister's got for promoting diet culture, she would steer clear.

Khloé's been having a pretty crumby 2019 so far and hasn't exactly been in the public's good graces ever since she blamed Jordyn Woods for breaking up her family, and posted on Instagram about "loving thy racist neighbor".

There's one person in particular who has a real problem with celebs promoting diet culture, and she's been combating it one savage comment at a time: Jameela Jamil.

Let it be known — if you promote detox teas on your Instagram, Jameela will hunt you down and call you tf out.

And Khloe was no exception.

Jameela really let Khloé have it — letting her know that this kind of behavior is straight-up irresponsible.

"You're a smart woman. Be smarter than this," she said.

Khloé has yet to respond to Jameela's comment.

But there really isn't much she can say.

Jameela got her.

There's no coming back from that — she's just gotta accept the L and move on.

As I said before, this isn't Jameela's first time putting someone in their place for promoting "skinny teas".

She's been dragging celebs for this around the clock, sparing no one.

In a since-deleted Instagram post, Iggy Azalea promotes a detox tea, claiming it gave her more definition in her tummy without losing her butt.

This goes without saying, but Jameela lost it.

This was Jameela's response to Iggy.

Iggy never responded to this, but it looks like she's had a change of heart because she has taken the advertisement off of her Instagram.

All that to say, Jameela is not afraid to roast, even the most famous celebrities, for promoting harmful diet culture for personal gain.

Do you think that celebs promoting detox teas and diet products are harmful to young women who look up to them?

KoKo may not have responded to Jameela directly, but the family did respond to the idea behind her criticism in an interview.

She said, in response to questions about why not show the way she actually lost the weight, "Well, listen, I am showing you what to do, silly person, 15 repetitions, three times, here’s the move," she added in regards to her workout videos on Snapchat.

Kim chimed in next, saying that she will never pass up a money making opportunity to help support her children.

“If there is work that is really easy that doesn’t take away from our kids, that’s like a huge priority." Kim said.

"If someone was faced with the same job opportunities, I think they would maybe consider."

"You’re going to get backlash for almost everything so as long as you like it or believe in it or it’s worth it financially, whatever your decision may be, as long as you’re O.K. with that," Kim said.

Jameela responded on Twitter with her classic fiery style.

"Essentially, '[expletive] the young, impressionable people, or those struggling with eating disorders, we want the money,'" Jameela tweeted about this response.

"I have been given these same opportunities to flog this stuff, and I don’t do it, so they don’t have to."

"Thank you, next," Jameela finished, adding a thumbs down emoji to really express her disapproval.

Jameela then came after Kim's new body foundation line.

After seeing the product, Jameela immediately challenged it — claiming it's impractical, and would stain your bed sheets.

"I’d rather just make peace with my million stretch marks and eczema," she added.

"Taking off my mascara is enough of a pain in the arse. Save money and time and give yourself a damn break," she quipped on Twitter.

The Kardashians do not get an easy go of it on social media, that's for sure.

There's always someone ready to criticize them — whether those criticisms are valid or not. It must be hard to take what Jameela is saying without a grain of salt when people throw shade no matter what you do.
