These Teeny-Tiny Paper Animals Can Sit On The Tip Of Your Finger

Many artists have a larger meaning behind their work no matter what medium they create with.

Two artists from India who specialize in tiny paper sculptures have made it their mission to save the world's animals and educate others through their art.

Even though their designs are adorable, they also have an important meaning. Learn more about these artist's and their art.

Nayan Shrimali and Vaishali Chudasama are artists based in India who create tiny paper sculptures of animals.

Even though each sculpture is barely bigger than the average fingertip, tremendous detail and skill goes into creating each one.

The animals are created from cut paper, which is then layered to give the creatures a 3-D effect.

In actuality, all the sculptures are two-dimensional, but the way the paper is layered makes them seem more life-like.

Details, like fur and feathers, are hand-painted onto each animal.

The artists have been sharing their work on Instagram and their Etsy store. If you love these creations, you can buy one for around $100-150!

Nayan and Vaishali also donate some of the proceeds from these sculptures to conservation organizations that help endangered animals.

Part of the reason why these artists focus on animals is because they want to educate people on nature and try to save some of the world's most endangered species.

Not only are these animals cute, but they're spreading an important message, too!

This is a great way to turn art into a way to help others on the planet. Keep following Nayan and Vaishali to see their new creations every day!
