Weighted blankets have become quite popular recently as they have been shown to decrease feelings of anxiety or stress, and help people get a more comfortable sleep.
However, for people who usually run warm, these blankets can be a bit of a problem in the summer.
Using a special fabric, the Chill will wick away body heat and moisture and stay cool to the touch. It's basically the blanket version of flipping your pillow over to the cold side (I can't be the only one who does that, right?).
Over time, some of your body heat will be absorbed, but the blanket will still be cooler than a traditional duvet. Those 15-20 minutes should give you enough time to drift off to sleep.
As someone who usually sleeps with a leg out to stay cool, this blanket could be the answer to my problem. I think I need to order one of these ASAP!
