Trump Tweets Portrait Of Himself As Rocky Balboa And Takes Punches From Twitter

President Trump just pretty much dropped a bomb on all of us with absolutely no explanation and we have no clue what to do with it.

In case you missed it, yesterday the POTUS tweeted out a bizarre portrait of his head superimposed on the muscular, shirtless body of Rocky Balboa and no, this is not a joke.

The photo was an advertisement for the 1982 film "Rocky III", although Trump was noticeably absent from the original.

Notice the lack of caption on that Twitter post? Yeah, so did everyone else. Trump simply shared this picture without offering any sort of explanation, and no one's sure where the image originated.

All we know for sure is the tweet was sent during a golf trip at one of Trump's Florida clubs while he spends Thanksgiving at Mar-a-Lago.

Without a caption, the internet has been left to come to their own conclusions about their "super-buff" president.

One might say he's trying to prove he's a fighter ahead of his impeachment hearing. Others might say he took a golf ball to the head and is still trying to recover but no one thought to take away his phone.

Honestly, it's all up to your interpretation.

Of course, since this is the internet, the good people of Twitter took the hilarious photo and *ran with it*.

The majority of those people have turned Trump's portrait into one of those "Expectation vs Reality" memes because the opportunity was there and they definitely seized it.

And we are just so glad they did.

Others shared some candid photos of Trump's *true* physique, perhaps as a little reminder for the less-than-buff president.

"Nice Photoshop, your Heinous," one user wrote. "Almost convinced (literally no one) that it was you."

"There goes the President, posting shirtless fanfic of himself again," another user added.

Even *Star Wars* actor Mark Hamill joined in on all the fun with his own side-by-side comparison.

"Some pretends are pretendier than others," one of Hamill's followers replied.

Another added, "Yours is more likely though, Mark."

Some were quick to point out that Trump picked the wrong Rocky movie to make his statement with.

As comedian and talk show host Samantha Bee so helpfully pointed out, Rocky III sees Balboa lose his title to James "Clubber" Lang.

If you get the chance, take a scroll through all of the amazing responses to Trump's portrait because I can guarantee it'll make your day, your week, your month, and even your year.
