Bella Hadid is doing right by the trees.
The supermodel just donated 600 trees to make up for all the commercial and private flights she's taken during the past three months.
In the past year alone, she's visited several countries to work with major brands, such as Vogue, Dior, and Victoria's Secret.
Like this past summer when she and her sister Gigi Hadid, along with some friends, traveled to Mykonos, Greece.
While that trip did not go well, the girls still took a private plane there and back.
As much fun as this jet-setter lifestyle might be, though, it doesn't do the environment much good.
This past Wednesday, she announced that she plans to donate trees to make up for all the commercial and private flights she's taken over the past three months.
She also expressed regret over her carbon footprint's impact on the environment.
"Mother Nature needs some love," she added.
"(129 million trees need to be restored re: wildfires, 1.3 million acres burned) and of course the Amazon for the most recent wildfires."
"All regions welcome," she said. "Africa, Asia, North America, and Latin America."
"This is so exciting and interesting to me, that even though I’m not physically there, trees are being brought to life in the most incredible places that are in demand of them!"
Bella explained that she's had a lot of time to think about the beauty of nature and the need to protect it while gazing out of airplane windows.
She then concluded her post by writing that she's planting her own tree outside her home once she's back.
“Love this, Bells, thanks for sharing your research,” wrote fellow model, Winnie Harlow. “Imma get on this.”
Model Blanca Padilla wrote that she will also be donating.
"WOKE QUEEN" another added, with so many heart and fire emojis.
Tragically, this is where up to 1000 Koalas have died from bushfires.
"Onetreeplanted.org is probably the easiest website I’ve found to donate to multiple regions at the same time, if you’re interested:)" she wrote.
If nothing else, do it for the Koalas!
