Hey You Guys! There's A 'The Goonies' Reunion Happening

I have some good news for you — and no, I didn't find a pirate map up in my attic, but that doesn't mean I've stopped looking. The cast of the iconic 1985 movie The Goonies will be reuniting virtually tonight, hosted by Josh Gad.

*The Goonies* is a legendary movie.

Everything about it is iconic — from being based on a Steven Spielberg story to the cast (Sean Astin, Josh Brolin, Corey Feldman, anyone?) to the iconic "Heeeey youuu guuuuuuys!" chant from Chunk, the film has earned its place in pop culture history.

Josh Gad, actor and now honorary Goonie, announced on social media that the cast would be reuniting.

"There is one movie that defines my childhood. One movie that defines my personality. One movie that defines me," Gad shared on Twitter alongside a video of him video chatting with The Goonies star Sean Astin.

Gad revealed that on Monday, April 27th, there will be a full cast reunion.

"Please join me at 9 AM PT/12:00 PT EST in support of #TheCenterForDisasterPhilanthropy as I reunite the ENTIRE CAST of #TheGoonies," he added, while Sean Astin recreated a pretty iconic speech from the film to his delight.

The whole reunion is in support of The Center For Disease Philanthropy.

A Goonies reunion that supports a fantastic cause? I was already signed up, but you can sign me up twice now, because I am so in.
