The year 2020 just keeps getting stranger by the day. There's no stopping it.
Demi Moore shared a picture of herself having a virtual meeting in her bathroom, but that wasn't even the weird part.
What was is the fact that she has a couch, carpeting, and so many other random things in there.
Suffice to say, it's become all fans can think about.
They are constantly being watched by press, fans, and paparazzi.
People literally wait by the sidelines, hoping they mess up, or do something newsworthy. What a life, right?
But thankfully, it isn't all bad.
They also make headlines when they do something good, or even hilarious! People like to see what wacky things celebrities get up to in their lives!
She is the subject everyone can't stop talking about, especially considering the fact that it's for quite a strange reason!
It all has to do with her bathroom. Yes, you read that right.
She first did it in 1991 when she was part of one of the most influential photos of all time and she did it again when she bared all in her Inside Out memoir.
It started innocently enough.
On Wednesday, she shared a behind-the-scenes look at herself having a virtual meeting on her MacBook.
This is the actress's upcoming podcast.
It's classified as "audio erotica," as the scripted series tells the story of two partners in a dying marriage falling in love again through connection and sex.
That's because her bathroom looks nothing like a bathroom.
For starters, THERE'S A COUCH IN THERE. And carpeting, which is basically another word for germ-infested wasteland.
The first stage of this was denial.
Celebs are known for some wacky stuff, like the time Kim's sink caused quite the stir online. But this was just too much.
"gonna need more info on this as well," added one user, who used a zoomed-in photo to point out that Demi has what looks like a Joan of Arc statue just chillin' in her bathroom.
Demi's daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, have actually shared a few pictures of themselves in their mom's bathroom.
This is probably because it's just so wonderfully strange. It is the perfect backdrop for raking in those Instagram likes.
"Especially with that giant tub. I love Demi, but wth? Maybe the carpet was there when they bought the house, but still. It should go."
We seriously can't even imagine in what world this is okay.
Someone even pointed out that the family might find themselves with a mold problem.
But that was the least of our problems when it came to the other "gems" found within those strange bathroom walls.
Like a random doll that seemed to be stuck in the bathroom wall.
There was also a strange-looking frog statue near Demi's desk that gave fans quite the fright. What the heck is it doing there?
WHEN WILL THE MADNESS END?!
We're going to go ahead and say that this isn't safe.
Regardless, people had a lot of theories as to why Demi's bathroom looks the way it does.
"So I'm not the only one who assumed this was while major reno and construction was being done in the den? My stuff filled the hallway bc my bathroom was not big enough to hold a couch," speculated another.
"My guess is lighting / acoustics / privacy or all 3. Unless this couch was here before COVID then man idk," added another.
Which, even then...I really don't know how I feel about it.
We may never know why she has carpet or a floral couch in her bathroom.
