Someone Designed An Epic 4-Story 'Goonies' LEGO Set Complete With The Most Iconic Scenes

Have you ever loved a movie so much you wish you could recreate your favorite scenes over and over again in your own home? Maybe that's a little too specific, but what I'm trying to get at here is that LEGO is always releasing licensed sets based on our favorite pop culture figures so that we can relive our favorite moments whenever. Not to mention, it's always just amazing to see our favorite movies get the miniature LEGO treatment.

Goonies fans, your time to shine has arrived, because someone is in the process of creating a set based on the iconic nostalgic film.

Hey you guuuuuys! Someone designed a *Goonies*-inspired LEGO set that is beyond anything we could have ever envisioned.

LEGO IDEAS

The set by LEGO IDEAS user SaladBricks captures the best moments from the film.

The set is a whopping four-stories with 10 different "rooms" that allow you to recreate all the action from the film in chronological order from top to bottom.

LEGO IDEAS

Builders start off in the The Fratelli’s Basement, moving through toThe Pipe Room, The Boulder Room, The Wishing Well, The Cannonball Trap Room, The Skull Room, The Log Crossing, The Skeleton Piano, The Water Slide Room, and ending up in One-Eyed Willy’s Lagoon.

Woof—that was a doozy!

The set is almost just as action-packed as the movie.

LEGO IDEAS

There are a ton of interactive components, like a moving fireplace that reveals a passage down into the cave, a rolling cannonball, two trap floors with spikes below, a stone drawbridge, and a slide leading into the lagoon.

The set design also includes 11 characters from the film, including the fab four Mikey, Data, Chunk, and Mouth.

LEGO IDEAS

This is a pretty large character lineup for a LEGO set, but it's super to narrow The Goonies cast—they all make the film in their own way!

Right now, the set has just over 2,000 supporters, but it needs 10K to get reviewed by LEGO for the chance to become an official set.

Definitely head to SaladBricks' entry to support their project and get this set into production!
