DIYer's Massive Skeleton Display Is A Step Up From The Usual Jack-O'-Lanterns

I've always wanted to be able to see a massive Halloween outdoor display. Every year, I look for one in my neighborhood, but unfortunately, I am yet to be blown away.

So I was thrilled when I found out one man from Ohio went over and above to decorate his house. You honestly have to see this to really appreciate what I'm talking about here.

Typically, I stick to spider webs for Halloween.

I also go for pumpkin carving, of course. You know, the typical fun and festive stuff. But I am yet to try decorating my house with skeletons. That's a good idea, huh?

Well, that's exactly what this one Ohio man thought too.

So he came up with the idea to create a larger-than-life skeleton display at this house. And I've got to tell you it's quite fantastic. He really went all out to make it look spooky.

Alan Perkins is no stranger when it comes to Halloween decorations.

But this year, he really outdid himself. He got a 12-foot tall skeleton from Home Depot. Oh wow, ha, ha! But wait, that's not all. You need to see what else he thought of, too.

Check this out.

What did I tell you? Isn't this quite an epic sight? I mean, wow! Not only is the 12-foot skeleton a nice touch, but there's more. He actually sculpted massive hands coming out of the house to grab it.

Wait, what? Oh, yes, that's right!

Here he is working away on his masterpieces. I have to admit I was definitely impressed. How did he come up with this whole idea? That's what I would like to know. Isn't this so amazing, huh?

Get a load of this, folks.

The idea of this project was to build a massive skeleton bursting out of his home to grab the 12-footer like a toy. Well, what do you know? That is definitely something I would love to see, hee-hee.

Apparently, Perkins has been working on the display for about a month.

And he's still not quite finished. He even plans on adding a giant skull bursting through the roof of his home. Come again! Wow! My mind is really blown now.

Honestly, I would love to see the final version of this whole thing here.

If you want to follow the progress of Perkins' elaborate build, check out the Facebook group, Cleveland Haunt Club, where he's been posting updates on his project.

So tell me, are you into these crazy Halloween outdoor displays?

Or do you think people are just going overboard? I wish there were fun projects around where I live. I would be there to see them in a heartbeat, haha.

The more, the merrier, I say, especially when it comes to Halloween.
