Barq’s 100-Calorie Root Beer Float Popsicles Are Honestly SODAlicious

Summer may almost be over, but us Millennials have an insatiable hunger for dessert through every season.

No matter what differences we may have between us, no matter how many times Josh insists that I ghosted him first, we are all connected and united by our collective love of one thing: root beer.

A controversial opinion, I know.

But you know that it's true. Root beer floats are the ultimate dessert: ice cream AND soda AND kind of a milkshake? What kind of actual mastermind thought of that?

If you thought that we couldn't get even more innovative, think again.

Barq's, the creators of our favorite Root Beer (don't tell A&W) just released 24 packs of root beer float popsicles. Guys, we're seriously spoiled.

Each pop is equal parts frozen root beer and vanilla ice cream.

The tubes are split and the root beer is basically frozen, so you can get all of the taste of a root beer float without having it be all mushy and disgusting with melted ice cream.

Yeah, I said it. That's a legitimate problem with root beer floats. Are there bigger problems we need to be worrying about at this moment? Probably. Are you going to convince me that the Barq's Root Beer Float Popsicle Pack doesn't deserve a full on Nobel Prize in science? Nope.

Rumors are swarming that they'll be available at a lot of local grocery stores.

But for now, you can pick these bad boys up at Publix, Jewel-Osco, Price Rite, ShopRite, and online through Instacart.

Come on. This is the news we all needed today.
