This 6'5" Animatronic Pennywise Doesn't Float, But It Does Lunge At People

Summer is pretty much over, and you know what that means. 'Tis the season for scary, nightmare-inducing clowns.

Let me guess, you thought I was going to say it's sweater weather or time for pumpkin spice lattes. No no. IT: Chapter Two was just released in theaters, and you just know this Halloween is going to be all about one thing and one thing only: Pennywise the clown.

So, if you want to stay on trend and are looking for the perfect way to make sure the neighborhood trick-or-treaters never come a-knocking on your door ever again, why not invest in this horrifyingly life-sized animatronic Pennywise?

Even just looking at a picture of this thing is enough to strike fear into any heart, so the real deal should be a total scream.

Spirit Halloween

According to Unilad, this 6'5" decoration comes courtesy of the company Spirit Halloween and features a whole artillery of tech to make sure your Halloween festivities are the scariest on the entire block.

It's equipped with infrared sensors so it knows exactly when to come to life to scare the pants off anyone brave enough to walk by it.

Its eyes light up and it spouts some pretty freaky quotes from the movie franchise, including the following:

“Well, I’m Pennywise the Dancing Clown. I’ll take him. I’ll take all of you. And I’ll feast on your flesh as I feed on your fear.”

“This isn’t real enough for you? I’m not real enough for you? It was real enough for Georgie.”

“Where you going? If you lived here, you’d be home by now. Join the clowns. You’ll float down here. We all float down here. Yes, we do.”

Oh, and if that wasn't terrifying enough, the animatronic Pennywise also LUNGES at people.

Yessir, if you get a little too close to this horrifying decoration, it'll suddenly jerk towards you and probably result in some startled screams and seriously ruined pants.

You can order your very own life-sized Pennywise through the Spirit Halloween website for $269.99. This thing is definitely an investment, but can you really put a price on pure fear?
