It's witty, way ahead of its time and super quotable...
They also have a tendency to predict the future.

And it's always to a surprising degree of accuracy.
For starters, they predicted Daenerys Targaryen’s ‘mad queen’ turn when they had her burn down Springfield on a dragon.
Pretty impressive.

Let's talk for a moment about Greta Thunberg.
The 16-year-old gave a speech recently about climate change. It was passionate, it was thought-provoking and knowing the internet, it will be forgotten about in like 2 weeks.
However, to paraphrase 'South Park': "The Simpsons already did it".
All the way back in 2007, another passionate kid gave a speech about climate change: Lisa Simpson.
It had all the fire of Greta Thunberg's, and it was complete with eerie music!
